It is included for every host, and tenants can add Campr Plus for an even lower deductible. We settle minor damage directly, and compensate you when bigger things happen. - **NOK 20,000:** damage up to this amount is settled directly by Campr - **+ 15%:** of the damage assessment for larger claims - **50%:** of lost rental income after damage ### What's covered **Minor and moderate damage (up to NOK 20,000)** Campr settles documented damage directly with you. No need to file a claim on your own comprehensive insurance. **Major damage (over NOK 20,000)** Your comprehensive insurance is used. Once the claim is settled, Campr covers your deductible up to NOK 10,000 and pays you 15% of the approved damage assessment, max NOK 20,000 per claim. **Lost rental income (motorhomes and caravans)** If your vehicle is in the workshop after its last Campr rental, you get 50% of the income from confirmed bookings. Max NOK 20,000 for motorhomes and NOK 8,000 for caravans. ### Has there been damage? The digital check-in and check-out shows the condition before and after each rental. With Campr Plus, you cut your deductible in half. - **NOK 15,000:** maximum deductible for damage - **NOK 7,500:** deductible with Campr Plus - **NOK 189:** per day for Campr Plus ### Always included **Verified users** Both hosts and tenants are verified before they can use Campr. **Insured vehicles** Hosts must insure their vehicle. If there is damage, your liability is limited to the deductible of NOK 15,000. **Digital check-in and check-out** The vehicle's condition is documented at pick-up and return, and all payments are handled securely in Campr. ### Campr Plus – rent with extra protection Campr Plus is an optional add-on that gives tenants extra predictability and benefits during the rental period. What's included with Campr Plus: - **Lower deductible:** The deductible per damage is reduced from NOK 15,000 to NOK 7,500. - **Compensation for an interrupted holiday:** If the rental must be ended because the vehicle becomes unusable due to damage, you get NOK 1,500 per day for the remaining rental days. *Campr Plus does not cover repairs, damage, roadside assistance or towing.* **You choose Campr Plus when you book – NOK 189 per day.** Forgot? What happens if the motorhome or caravan is damaged during a rental? Campr settles damage up to NOK 20,000 directly with the host, without using their comprehensive insurance. For larger damage, the comprehensive insurance is used. Campr then covers the deductible up to NOK 10,000 and pays the host 15% of the approved damage assessment, max NOK 20,000. 3\. How much do I pay as a tenant if there is damage? Your liability is limited to a maximum deductible of NOK 15,000. With Campr Plus, the deductible is halved to NOK 7,500. 4\. What does Campr Plus cost, and when can I add it? Campr Plus costs NOK 189 per day. You choose it when you book, or add it later, as long as it’s before check-in and pick-up.
